About this Policy
This privacy policy covers the entire Leonides Coalition site as a whole. The goal of this policy is to be upfront and honest with our users about all the information we collect, how we collect it, and how this information is used.

While some content on this site is able to seen without an account, the majority of content requires registration with the site. By registering with the site, you agree to adhere to this privacy policy, our user policy, as well as the rules for submitting information.

Personal Information
When a user registers with the site, they are required to fill out our Registration Form. This form requires the user to enter their first name, last name, and e-mail address. The form also asks for your company affiliation and your phone number, but they are not required to be filled out by the user. The information above is stored for future reference.

Study Information
Once a user has registered with the site, they may participate in studies created by Leonides Coalition. Studies may or may not ask for personal information. All information collected is stored for future use.

How this information is used
Leonides Coalition takes information collected from studies and puts it together in a graphical, comparative analysis of your facility with other registered facilities across the country. Data tracking is also available.

Disclosure of Information
Leonides Coalition does not disclose any personal information about you or your facility to any of our other users, clients, or sponsors. Leonides Coalition may distribute collected study data. Distributed information is both anonymous and derived from study data.
